STAR Crewing Agency is a licensed crew manning service unit operated under BLU Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, established in 2022 and headquartered in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
As a licensed manning agency (SIUKAK No. 262.147-R/2025), we provide professional crew supply and deployment services for both national and international shipping operations, with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, operational safety, and maritime human resource quality.
Operating under the supervision of a state maritime education institution, we implement transparent and standardized management systems to ensure consistent service quality and Principal confidence.
Member of C.I.M.A (Consortium of Indonesia Manning Agencies).
